Shipping Info
Shipping is typically handled by local postal services. Depending on the destination, delivery usually occurs between 15 to 45 days from the dispatch date.
Shipping upgrades are available, typically using EMS services, with delivery expected within 10-15 days. If you prefer another courier, such as DHL or UPS, please contact us directly, and we will do my best to accommodate your needs.

Refunds
Failed shipment
In case of failed shipment, we are not responsible if:
★ the address provided to us was incorrect
★ the courier company was unable to reach you due to wrong address, lack of/incorrect phone number, lack of/incorrect email address, unreachable contact.
In such a case, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund.
Refund will be issued ONLY when and if the parcel had arrived back to us, undamaged and in the same condition.
In case of agreement on refund
★The item must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery. The buyer must submit a proof of delivery.
★The cost of shipping, on our side, will not be refunded
